Dear Katarzyna Congratulations again! You have been selected as a Telephone Fundraiserfor the Alumni Annual Fund. We believe that you have the qualitiesneeded to be a successful Fundraiser and will be an asset to ourcampaign. Welcome to the Alumni Annual Fund! The training sessions will take place on Monday 15 October - Thursday 18October 2007 from 6.00 - 9pm in Committee Room 2 and the Call Room.Please come to the Visitor's Reception, Regent Walk first. You will beprovided with a training manual and all the information you need tobecome a successful fundraiser at these sessions. Attendance for all 4sessions is compulsory. All new staff will be subject to one month's probationary period. Atthe end of this time you will meet with me, where we will discuss yourperformance and answer any questions you may have about the job. Rotas are usually emailed to you at the beginning of the month for thatfollowing month. Please fill in the enclosed availability sheet. Thisis your opportunity to arrange any dates that you may need to be absent.You will be required to work Monday to Thursday for the initial TrainingWeek. Calling shifts will then be arranged according to everyone'sschedule. Can you please specify on your availability sheet if you areable and willing to work more than 2 shifts per week incase there areextra shifts available.
